An Ayurvedic Approach Towards Management of Female Infertility due to Anovulation

Infertility is becoming major issue in today’s society due to declining rate of fertility and fecund ability. In Ayurveda there are four important factors Garbha that Ritu (fertile period, season), Kshetra (healthy reproductive organs), Ambu (proper nutrient fluid), Beeja (ovum or sperm). Abeejatava females can be correlated with decrease quality quantity ovum i.e., anovulation. The development follicle appropriate size become its rupture will take part process conception. Vitiation Tridosha responsible for this case a 33 year old female Apraja Beejadushti was anxious conceive since 13 years marital life came OPD Prasuti Tantra Stree Roga at Sree Dharamasthala Manjunatheshwara Hospital, Hassan.
 Methodology: Uttara basti Prasarini taila 3 days followed by oral administration Chitrakadi vati given. This protocol consecutive menstrual cycles. Outcomes: patient having anovulation before the treatment. After treatment increased upto 17mm. Conclusion: effective management infertility
